Beautiful tractor is that a silver bronze color? I had a 65 Diesel was a great tractor. Sorry I sold it, I got it back but it was
all tore up and would have cost more to fix than it was worth.

Excellent tractor! That tractor was new when
worked for MF . Does anyone remember the MF
that was sort of metallic forest green on the
castings and a beige color on the tin?
You did a fine job on that MF65 pal. Ed Will Oliver

I like that you "think" that you are done. I get it completely. You probably got it 90% done two years ago, but keep finding "one more" little thing.

WOW jdman that is one gorgous tractor, the fit and finish look amazing, that took a lot of hours jdman, what do you guesstimate you have in hours in that restoration (I know its in the 100's) an awesome job well done.

Thank you. I have no idea we have been working on it fairly steady for almost 2 years except during planting time. I know it seems like forever since we moved it to my shop in pieces. The previous owner tore it down then lost interest in it so my Dad bought it for me to put back together.

Thank you all for the fine compliments. This tractor has been apart or close to 20 years, restoration was started then lost interest, my Dad bought it as a project for retirement then never touched it. Two years ago he sold his place so I brought it home to finish it. I can not prove it but I think this may have been my wife's grandfathers tractor at one time.

jdman I will bet your dad is thinking that's some of the best money he ever spent, I envy you jdman, working with your dad on this project is something special. remember and cherish every moment.
