1-1/4 19 Spline Hub

Does anyone make a weldable hub for a 1-1/4 x 19 splined shaft? (So that you can weld on a sprocket for roller chain)

You could give Hub City a call. I don't see any 19 spline in their catalog, but they may be a place to start.

The 19 count spline will be hard to find.

There are shops that can cut internal splines, but will be pricey, and there are several different profiles. They would just about have to see the shaft or walk you through the process of identifying the profile.

Any way you could modify the shaft to use a QD or Taperlock bushing with a key?
