Oh dear the dog

We have a 1 yr old toy poodle toy schnauzer mix
dog,might weigh a whopping 10 pounds soaking
wet. Our kids love beef jerky and apparently the dog
does too as he stole a full bag and ate the whole
thing. He's being pretty lazy and not playing a whole
lot now but he still had enough room to eat a few
turkey beggins at dinner. He must have quite a
tummy ache lol.

He probably feels like I did last night. I ate ham and scalloped potatoes about 1 o'clock, then snacked the rest of the day on a cheese ball,pie,candy,rolls,beer.......
About 11:25 last night,I verped in my sleep. Woke up up with my throat burning, tasting beer, cheese and chocolate. I had to get up. Didn't get back to sleep for about an hour and a half, then woke up again about 4:30 with my guts rumbling. Been fasting today until the whole thing settles down. lol

Neighbor had a big lab who ate most of a small deer that was hanging in his barn. Dog didn't move for three days but lived for many years afterward. One tough dog.

Shame on you for Starving that poor dog. Lol. The Neibor and wife came on a golf cart delivering the neiborhood baked goods she had baked for Christmas. She left four loafs of homemade bread on the seat of the cart.My dog ate two of the loafs while they were visiting. They laughed, I was mad ,wife told me to leave her be.So we all had a laugh. She too (dog) was moving slowly.

Had an old dog, she's gone now, but that dog had a food obsession!

Never missed a meal in her life, but would eat any and everything!

One Christmas we had company over, lots of cooking and eating. She got out and discovered the trash in the garage, had a good ol' time!

(This borders on information overload, so stop now to spare the details if easily grossed out!)

I knew she had totally pigged out in the trash, not sure what all she got into, so I was watching her pretty close.

I noticed her having trouble doing her business...

Got to looking, a plastic bag was... Well, protruding.

Getting a firm grip on the situation, out comes a 2 foot long newspaper bag that had been used for food scraps! She had swallowed the entire bag, intact!

Didn't seem to suffer any bad effects, right back to begging for more! LOL

Had a Labrador many years ago who discovered the 'oven ready' turkey in the 'cool room' on Christmas Eve - ate the greater part of it, wasn't even sick! Not much of a Christmas dinner left for us, though!

We let our lab out one Christmas Eve to do his business. H came back in about 5 minutes with a 10 lb prime rib wrapped in locker paper. Someone set it out on the porch to thaw. So we ate it. Whatcha gonna do? Go around asking neighbors if the Roast your dog stole was theirs! LOL
