So I got he old bent cylinder off and the 2 cylinders I have from another loader I have laying around all hook up and tested. I did have to make 4 new pins since the cylinder I put on used a 7/8 diameter pin and the others where 1 inch. Also the cylinders I put on are 3 inches longer so had to use the mount hole that sit higher up in the frame for them. Filled it back up with Hyd fluid and took it out and tested it. The chickens are real happy now so much so they went to the dirt I dumped in there pen instead of the grain I put out.
I have a new catalog on the way form the surplus center so I can replace the cylinder it should have on it. Thinking I will go wit a bigger diameter shaft on the cylinders so as to make it less likely to bend one again

Old, good job on your repair of bent cylinder. I enjoy your messages because you usually can fix about anything with what you have handy, It takes a special talent to do that. Keep posting and good luck.

Ya if I could not fix most things for my self I sure as heck could not afford to own a farm and enjoy life out in the middle of no where
