Deere 7000 gauge wheel - repair with threaded bushing - how?

Thank you for recommending the threaded bushing to repair the gauge wheel arms on either a John Deere 7000 or early Kinze planter. What are the steps to replace everything with the threaded bushing???? How does it work? What keeps the gauge wheel arm from just moving on the threads and either screwing it out or in? Maybe it does move on the threads, but the up / down movement is so slight that it doesn't matter. I assume the threaded bushing moves on the welded in pivot pin and has a hole(s) in it so grease can get to the pivot pin or is the bushing tight?? Thanks.

The threaded Bushing is held still by a locking bolt. The arm rotates on the threads. The degrees of rotation are small enough that the in and out movement is minor.

The arm has a grease fitting so the threaded contact point is lubricated.
