Strech Break, I think I'll quit this task for today, can't take the sitting in the cab any more.

I can remember as a teen and the neighbor bought one of those. Every farmer in the county had to come and watch that beast.

I don't think I have ever seen notched blades with such small notches. Sunflower exclusive? Also what is the wooden spoke wheel for on the disk?

I think the 2+2 tractors were an amazing design and I love operating ours. I wish that Magnum articulated had made it into full production because I think it would have taken the market pretty well.
Here is a picture of our 3588 with Kewanee disk behind it.

Blades must have a couple dents(from stone hits likely), that as rolling when picture was taken looked like notched blades...since they aren't notch blades on it. That's not a wooden wheel, its a cast flywheel from a crank press used for dead weight purpose on that side of the disk.

I can remember going to the Minn state fair in the late 70's. Climbed up into one of those on machinery hill. wasn't really impressed . could hardly see the drawbar, and that great big hood out front. why would anyone ever want such a big clumsy looking monster? Now we have 2 of them. His and hers. Connor, the wife's rig looks just like yours, duals and the same disc. Your is cleaner but hers has a chrome stack.

Our local BTO has one - still uses it every year on the chisel plow to turn under manure. He bought it new back in the late 70's/early 80's. He keeps his stuff nice, so it still looks good - has to have a ton of hours on it

Neighbor down the road from us bought a new one and his wife used it most of the time and she said it was the worst riding tractor on farm and didn't keep it long.
