Case685 Hydraulic issue

First time post.
I bought a used Case 685 (orchard tractor - 4000 hours). I used it for about 10 hours and sounds and runs very well.
I have a issue with the Hydraulic system ( 3 point hitch and remote). It seems to work for some time and then has trouble lifting. If I put the implement down and give it a minute or 2 or works fine.
I saw posts about changing oil and filter. I did that. It was clean and was not the issue.
Very new farme. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Try checking the oil level on dip stick before starting engine. Then run it until problem occurs and recheck oil level. If it is significantly lower, you have a plugged screen on the lube pump. The compartments between sections in rear frame are not sealed but when that lube pump can't deliver a full volume of oil to front section, it collects in rear section and slowly moves to front where the pump and filter are. I will assume you also lose power steering when this problem happens.
 
Thanks for this suggestion. I will definitely do that. I saw all sorts of posts about the power steering but I have not experienced any issues with the power steering (during normal use and when this issue is happening). I tried turning the wheels all the way to see if that helps but doesn't seem to make a difference.
