I would like to know something about CREE & COB when talking about LED lights. You made a statement in a post below, make sure it's CREE. Could you explain the difference to me. Thanks

It is how the LED is made and layered into the assembly. CREE is jus5 better. Go on U-Tube and there are a ton of videos comparing them. Start with this guy's video. He is pretty honest about how it is working.
light bar try out.

If I may contribute my #.02 worth, COB = "Chip on Board", a way to pack lots of light-producing chips in a small space.

CREE = a brand name of LED's, apparently often counterfeited. I dunno how you can be sure a LED lamp bought on the 'net and labeled "CREE" is really a CREE.

You are correct but a Cobb usually is a yellow pannel and if you look at it with welders glass you can actually see the little diodes. 5his stuff is advancing so quickly it is crazy. I bought mine at a car show and he had both types side by side and the cree unit was hands down better. This is like flat screen TVs in the past 5 years. So many changes. That is why I stuck the U'tube link on there.
