JD SGC Size

Has anyone increased the size of a SGC door? When your done laughing hear me out.

I am a big guy. My 4250 is what I could afford. I have thought about cutting the left-front post at the top of the fender and at the roof frame.
And then moving it either to the left or rear-ward and split the window. In either case the door would make up the difference.
I have thought about getting a burned or used cab to experiment with.
Thoughts?

Swap to a SGB from a articulated 4-wheeler of the same era (8650, for example).

I've seen a classic, 4 door sedan turned into a 2 door-hardtop, so yes, with enough skill, it can be done.

I figured this would be a no brainer for a guy who put mfwd on a JD 60, which in my mind is quite a feat.

I think it’d be easier to slim down than to change the door...
