Wondering how collectable these tractors are, I found If you need something off one that has been salvaged you need to be there yesterday and plan on paying dearly for it, when it comes to sheet metal for one it's a scavenger hunt.

I don't think they're terribly collectable, but they are pretty handy, especially for a hobby farmer or horse farmer. They are a pretty good tractor for their size as well. I'm about 99% sure that the only sheet metal on them that isn't the same as a 574,674,354, and a few others, is the fenders. But I think even the fenders were the same on some of the 574's. I'm certain the hood, grille, and battery door on our 354 is the same as our 674's. Some of that stuff can be bought aftermarket too.

I bought one at auction about 10 years ago. It had 1300 hours on it and I paid $5000 dollars. Just as the auctioneer said sold a guy said $5100. I wanted the tractor to restore because I liked how it looked. I wished I didn't buy the tractor, it was a pita to work on. I did manage to sell it for enough to put me out of my misery. The guy that bought it had another 454 that had a destroyed engine. I am talking American dollars. When I started that 454 it sounded like it had a 1000 HP!

I have a gas 464 Industrial with 3pt,remotes,reverser,hydrastatic steering been a pretty good tractor. I traded a Long 910 I had paid $1500 for and had used for about 5 years they sell cheap most times in my area.

I got this tractor from a young man who thought he would try his
hand at raising the dead. Needless to say I don't think his wife
was to happy about it, but anyway I got most of it in buckets. I
quickly found out that this was going to be a chore, once I got
it to run I was hooked. The tractor only had 1650 hrs on it when
I got it from him, I completely rewired it had to rebuild the
carb and starter. The biggest chore was the gas tank besides it
leaking it was full of rust. I have found all the sheet metal
I needed , now the big question is do I go ahead and have it
painted.
