Kubota bx2200 trans to bx22

Have a Kubota Bx22 with a broken rear transmission housing and differential issues but god hydro unit

Have a doner trans from a bx2200 with a bad hydro unit but good housing and diferential

How difficult to take the good hydro out of the bx22 and put it in the bx2200 trans with a bad hydro

A good mechanic that has done that before and has all the proper tools is still going to be in the 15 hour range. Lots of work both units will have to be split from the frame back. Lots of tight reaches but can be done. I would want to make sure the donor one is good before I go to all that work. Where are you located?
