That's a new one. It looks like the clearances are there for ADA, but there is no grab bars or paper holder. I guess that's what the buddy is supposed to do. Maybe that is for the accompanist, or for someone to read to you while you are occupied. "Sit close so I close so I can see the pictures". I suppose the bottle of orange hand cleaner is in case something goes bad.

I have seen out houses with two holes, never used one myself. Who would go in and sit next to someone already sitting? Joke- You know when your marriage is about to end? It's when your wife comes in when you are shaving, and sits on the pot. Stan

Must be one of those high dollar restaurants, the kind with a restroom attendant.

Besides, all my favorite places have GoJoe in the restroom! Only way to get a 5 star rating!

From my practical experience -- a two holer is never intended to take two people . In extreme cold weather --- you do your business in a out house it piles up and freezes much like stalagmites in a cave(for lack of a better simulation). It dosent take long before it is near level with the top of the seat . Thank god there is another hole and seat that you can use in the same out house . Before long there is a mild day and every thing falls back down and the crises is over for the time being .
This is the two hole -- side by side variety . There is also a two holer where one is directly over head of the other hole -- yes one of these actually exist at the Florida flywheels show grounds ---- of course it is for display only---- and as far as I know it isnt intended for use .

In first grade I dropped my pants in one side of a two holer. Visiting teacher picked me up and took me home for clean clothes. No way I went back to school that day. Not funny back then but I can laugh about it now.

I remember seeing two holers where one had a trapezoid-shaped cut in the front for the females. I think the idea of the two holer was partly because men sometimes stood up to pee and weren't too accurate, so "ladies" could use the other "clean" hole.

What was the reason for one white seat in the military head? The tin can I rode had seats over a trough that dumped out the hull.
