john deere 7600 cab fans

I realize this is kind of a newer tractor for this forum. but i havent gotten any answers anywhere else. Cab fans under the seat wont run.
I have a hot wire..all the time, key off..going into the relays. but no voltage at the motors. I replaced the relays and the blower motor
speed switch. still nothing. took one motor out, connected it to the battery, runs fine. So Ive checked every fuse i can find. All good.
but I cant find any voltage before the resistor either. I however, did find a mouse nest when i removed the side panel under the shifting
levers. but i cant find any chewed wires. Im stumped. any ideas? And where are the fuses..are they in the back left corner of the cab? or
is there another fuse im missing?

a test light or volt meter is needed to assess your tractors issue. A relay with power going to it still requires three other things. It requires a ground, it requires a connection to the load (motor) and it requires a signal from the control circuit. If the relay is clicking when the switch is turned on, the issue is connection to the load. If the click is absent use the test light to see if there is power from the control switch if yes, check the relay ground. If no fix the control switch, or its connection to power. If yes fix the ground. Jim

I will bet that you have aground issue in the cab. Have had several 7000 series tractor have this issue. Your cab ground is bad so the relays will not work.

(quoted from post at 19:58:36 10/08/17) Is the cab ground under the pto switch? Or is there another?
would have to check a wiring diagram to tell you exactly but it is an eyelet coming out of the harness. It has several grounds. Some for different features. Try to trace the harness back towards the fans and look for a black wire with an eyelet.

ended up being a mouse that crawled up behind the relay block under the fusebox. only hit one wire. but it wasnt easy to find.
