For years my wife has liked super55/550 Olivers and always says she wants one someday. Her birthday is Oct 11 and someday is finally here. I bought 2 550's and will give her the nice looking one. The older one runs but the tin work is rough. The brakes are locked up and need fixed, no big deal. BUT, the owners took the top off of the transmission trying to figure out why it was locked up, so I get to put it back together. Hers is a 73 model with 3pt,swinging drawbar, remote cylinder hookup and power steering. No dings, paint is lightly faded but good original, I think it will buff out and look good. Problem is, the motor is stuck. It was in a shed that the roof rotted away and let it get rained on. I'm hoping I can get it loosed up and running without putting much money in it. I can't wait to see her face when I haul them home and tell her she finally has one. I'll bet she will be speechless!!! I can't wait to see her face!! She is gonna be so HAPPY!!!! I'm going to pick them up Sunday afternoon, not sure if I'll be able to sleep between now and then I'm so excited. Chris
