Making homemade ice cream with H Farmall

Sometime in the recent past I have seen a platform mounted on the rear of an H Farmall that had (six) ice cream freezers on it, and they were all turned with a shaft from the PTO. I am looking for information on this type of setup. Does anyone have any advice, pictures, details, or help they can give me? Thanks.

Here is a video (not mine) of the Ice cream maker setup that was serving at the 2017 Albert City show.

I have also included pictures that I took of the setup. That was some pretty neat engineering to come up with that.

The source I identify in the link is an example of gear boxes that can be used.
You need about 50 RPM on the cranks of the ice cream Makers at the H's 540 PTO speed the idled shaft maybe 250 RPM. Thus a 5 to
one reduction gear set at right angle would provide the needed shaft speed. The shaft and platform would be designed to be set to
the level of the shaft height on identical ice cream makers. I would then put three 1 to 1 T gear boxes on that shaft. (there
are boxes with through holes that allow putting several boxes on one shaft. Each box can have a cross shaft installed driving two
makers. There should be slip clutches on each individual drive to a maker to prevent disaster. A splined coupling on the slip
clutch allows each of the makers to be removed independently. The slip clutches are also available on the site linked. Jim

On the Albert City rig, the PTO goes into a gear box out of a sileage blower that reverses the rotation and slightly reduces the speed. The gear box is direct chain coupled to a four speed transmission out of a 54 Dodge pickup. From the transmission the power goes through a drive shaft that turns the pulley mechanism that drives the freezers. The big pulleys are from old Deere combine reels. The frame is old angle iron. It is purposely made to look old and cobbled up.

Sven was whipped out by Jean Wenell, a very talented and ambitious Albert City artist. Sven was assembled by a couple of guys associated with the show. The belt that drives Sven, er, the belt that Sven drives the outfit with goes around the parking brake drum on the tranny. The whole works evolved into what it is over a twenty year time span.
 
I doubt if it was "some pretty neat engineering". More like a lot of trial and error.
