I was thinking today that a Farmall H sold new for about $800 or there abouts. Adjusted for inflation thats comes out to $16k-$17k. You know at the time that must have been a small fortune. But for those who bought one new did the maintenance and still have them, that turned out to be one heck of a deal. I was in the dealership the other day looking at "garden tractors." It just got me thinking if these tractors today will still be working in 40-50-60 years from now. They sure know how to charge for them though. For $16k buys a tractor that would struggle to pull 1-16. Any way just a random thought
