Headed south into Ga and took this just north of Knoxville. Going to have to spend the day about an hour north of atlanta tomorrow, hope it dont get tok bad.

If you get into rain bands that start to buffet the van, Pull into a rest stop and park into the wind (like a boat in heavy seas) We do not want that vehicle or driver on its side!! Take care Jim

yep , that looks like her hairline ,.hope ya got good wipers ,.and a rain sliker !. in southern ind , this a.m. the wind was balmy from the n-east , this evening it is directly out of the east and somewhat calmer ,that is opposite of normal . we almost always get wind from west/s/west or n/west

On my way back from Lexington, Tn yesterday, I'll bet 75% of the cars passing me had Florida plates, heading north. Next weekend I'm supposed to be hauling a load of equipment down near Gulf Shores, Alabama. If it's still there. Probably be stuck with all the traffic heading back into Florida.

You went thru the middle of our farm on I-75 at mile marker 65 in Monroe County, TN just North of Sweetwater. Burnt Gleaner F2 combine on southbound side along interstate fence.

I posted this several days ago when Irma was about midway along Cuba. I have winds here NE of Dallas from that storm and yesterday and today they have moved around to the North from their onset S by E. I was over 1500 miles from that storm and got outer band energy. Still getting it. Bad Bad storm. Florida folks really lucked out by it deciding to move inland rather than skirt the Western side of the state. Glad for them.
