I bid on the JD 3 bottom plow - not sure why, I've got a 3 bottom Ford 101...

What I was really interested in was the spring tooth cultivator. That on I won, but IMHO, paid a premium. Won by $1 - LOL...

For $325 I would have been all over that Calhoun picker (same as an Oliver #5).

Well guys, we all know that the only reason something went for what it did was because the second to the last bidder just quit. Just like I did on an item a few days ago. I set my price, the bid went over it. I quit and the last bidder got it for his last bid........but old human nature being what it is........geez......I missed out on that whatchamacallit for a buck. Shucks!

You did alright the harrow/cultivator appears in good shape and I've seen them sell for more down in Carolina.They are a handy piece of equipment.For $75 that old pull type disk was pretty good too really good to finish a small plot with.

a little pricey for most things , thats how internet auctions go around here ,. i will have a sale that way some day if my health dont improve . but ,the piker could a found a good home at my place in louisville area ,

That was about the right prices for that area because there are not that many auctions,go North to Harrisonburg more equipment,more sales generally cheaper prices go North to PA generally
cheaper still especially the older small equipment.

If you are looking for a 3 bottom I have one made by Oliver that I would let get below that price. Overall pretty good condition or would trade it for a nice 6-7 foot 3 pint disk or an 8 foot wheel disk.
