Getting started on Fergie

Now that it has cooled down to the low and mid 90's I'm getting started on the 1954 TO 30 I bought back in June. Just a general cleanup at this point. I got it because the electrical was bad so first thing is check/change fluids and repair/replace the electrical to 12v neg gnd upgrading the gen to 12v. I originally said I wasn't going to paint it but I'm kinda waffling on that (lie a politician).

very nice. gonna get mine running and mechanically operating then decide. I have a '54 NAA I finished this spring and I think it would be cool to have them side by side
