I sure hope my old F 250 holds out. I'd hate to go used truck shopping in teh next 6 months or so. Might still have a gator or a crawdad in it

Used & new truck prices might go even HIGHER ! They say a lot of them to be scrapped because of the floods.
Ohio could use the body parts ! Plenty of good runners with the bodies rusted off them.

A friend just bought an F250 out of Ohio to pull a fifth wheel camper. Went to install fifth wheel and removed the bed liner. There was NO bed bottom nor crossmember under the liner. Buyer beware!

Last big flood we had, the flooded cars from local dealerships ended up in Utah- apparently they don't need to disclose that a car was rebuilt from flooding.

Brother of a guy at work just bought a new F250, $77,000 OTD! Put $30k down and has a $700+ car payment. He owns a repair shop. I figure that's the only person (business owner who can depreciate it) who can afford a new one.

Just think of all the auto dealers who have cars that will have to be scrapped! I heard a rumor my company has several dealers insured down there to the tune of about $30M in exposure, and that's just the value of the vehicles.
