Good morning I am a new farmer and was going to purchase a used JD 5100M do you guys have an opinion of this tractor also may bid on a JD 566 baler

They are a decent small chore tractor. If it has been properly maintained, it should last you a while, no major problems,except
for some electrical glitches (sensors and wiring) Is it 2wd or 4wd. But it's definitely not the tractor to pull a 566 baler, it is
light(8000#) and underpowered unless you are on flat ground and want to bale slow. On a hill the baler with a full bale will push
the tractor around. For that baler, you need at minimum a 100 hp tractor,well ballasted

The 5100M is a 100 hp tractor & should have NO trouble handling the baler.
