What a nice show this year. Sawmill, shingle mill, threshing and earth moving demonstrations. Nice model shop with static and operating displays. Steamers, Rumley Oil Pull, and Heider Friction drive tractor. Huge pulling crowd in the "pits". Lots of hit and miss engines, from maytag to large oil field rigs. Trams to haul people and water sprinklers to keep the dust under control.

I was there in '04....it was a mud bog!
 
With all the rain around here its hard to believe they need to control dust. I was planning on skipping it this year thinking it would be a mud bowl. That is a pretty good show every year.

A bunch of us went up on Friday. Great show as always. Must have been the best weather I have ever seen up there. No mud, and it wasn't 100 in the shade either.
