JD 6320 fan question

The fan only works on the two fastest ranges. In the past it did this but one day just came back on. Also in past the fan would not work in any position and come back on the next day or two. It does this both for AC and heat. I checked the switch at least move the connector around with no results. Any ideas what the problem is?

Most probable is the Resistor that is mounted with the heater core/AC evaporator under the seat. Not difficult to fix once the seat is out of the way.
I disconnect the seat wiring and hardware, open the back window, then tip the seat on to the window frame and tie it off with a rope. Remove the plate from under the seat, the resistor is to the left side.
