My wife's f-150 's tail lights work fine(stop, turn, running). But all I get from both trailer receptacles is running lights.I have narrowed it down as current is NOT coming to the back of the truck. Is there a separate circuit, fuse or split for the trailer stop and turn lights? This truck is equipped with factory trailer brake control

My 2012 F-150 has seperate fuses for the trailer turn and tail functions. Look in the manual for the fuse locations in the engine bay power distribution block. On my truck this is right up in front under the hood. Things listed as "TT" are the trailer functions. (Of course, this is assuming that the wiring was similar between '09 and '12.)

It has a 2 relays # 37 and # 38
37 is a relay for the left stop and turn
38 is a relay for the right stop and turn

Since both sides are not working I would assume relay feed fuse #45 is blown.

This is all under the hood.
