Welger Baler

I knew Welger made baler attachments for combines back in the 1950s but had never seen one on wheels to pull behind a tractor. It turned out somebody had converted it . Sold cheap enough at the auction today but I didn't need it .

How much did those 2 New Holland trailer mowers bring? I'd of loved to had them.

That was a good idea until it plugged and wrecked the combine straw walkers before the combine operator noticed it !!!

Of course that could happen with a straw chopper too.

I can't be sure but they might have made $200 each. Not much demand for them around here anymore.
