Sunshine, blue sky and white clouds always make a good start for a picture. If you notice in the lower right section of the photo you can see the dark patch on the garden where I had the sprinkler running last night. Vegetables are hanging in there but the surface was as dry as dust so I figured a little water wouldn't hurt.
Looks like decent emergence on that canola there k.c. but sometimes an overhead view tells a different story. The one in my photo will probably yield ok but from overhead there are a lot of bare patches of ground.
