6-12 volt bulbs

Are the numbers the same for a 6v bulb as a 12v? EI an 1157 bulb,but marked as a 6v or a 12v,also where would one find 6v LED bulbs?

The numbers are not the same.
Each has there own numbers.
Google is your friend here.
Search 6volt led bulb.
