a pretty good tractor show is this weekend at Lazy Brook Park east of Tunkhannock on route 6 about 3 miles. The feature tractor is International and the featured engines are Fairbanks. It's a pretty good sized show. Come and join the fun.

Hey I happened to be in the area on the way to Niagara Falls and stopped in to the show. I had a real good time in the short time that I could stay.

I think the best exhibit that I saw was the old belt driven sawmill. Of course on the plains where I'm from, we don't have any logging so it was very interesting to me. I think the actual sawmill part of it was built in 1910 or so. The stationary engine running it was a Case that I figure was from the 40's?

Lots of tractors that were different from what I'm used to like the International WD's. A couple of crawlers there. One was a Cletrac and the other was a JD 420 I think with a loader.

Looked like a great show, wished I could have stayed longer.
