Ford 8N Mystery Leak

So my dad gave me the old 8N he'd had for years. He's been talking for a long time now how it leaked hydraulic fluid and I figured he just had a bad gasket or something. You can see from the video that it is leaking from the left side upper lift arm. It only leaks when it is under a load. I'd posted about this before but have done quite a few things since then to no avail.

1) Dad had ordered a new lift arm so I went ahead and threw that on. It is unrelated to the leaking as it is leaking equally before and after.
2) I pulled the inspection port on the right side where the dipstick is to look for spray. No spray.
3) For the heck of it I replaced the lift cylinder and gaskets, the piston and gaskets, and the hydraulic safety valve. The valve must have been bas as it holds perfectly now whereas before it drifted down.

I was just positive it was the gasket between the housing and the cylinder, but no.

Any ideas?

My video did not upload with my posting (user error, I am sure), so I dropped into YouTube.

I didn't see the leak, but there is no oil up that high, unless a spray or splash. Mirror, light, look closer inside.
