6 year old losing his life. I was plowing with a toy tractor on my hands and knees at 6.

just dumb! Why would you have three people in a skidsteer bucket doing landscaping? Tragic mistakes made every day it seems. I feel sorry for all involved.

Sad deal.

Picking rocks I never felt right letting people sit on the bucket - adults either. Too easy to flick them off and run thrm down. I had a carry all on the back to sit on, don't see the rocks ahead of time but don't kill yourself if you fall off.

I'd say that bucket situation is pretty common tho, in farm country.

I doubt I have more than 50 hours of time in skid loaders, and even "I" know that would be an idiotic thing to do! Skid loaders have no suspension and a short wheelbase, so they like to bounce.

Think, your 10,000% correct. By the time a person reaches the drivers age in this case they are supposed to have better judgement, the untimely death of this little fella is tragic and senseless and is a life event his parents will never fully recover from.
