i googled the part number several came up. i tried to post a link but is was dis-allowed. there is a used one for 125.00

Your "googler" must be broken! I searched in my iPhone-- ih 528701R1 and this is one of several
that came up.

If it helps, and you might have gotten your CNH dealer to do this already, but no CNH dealer has it in stock anywhere in the USA or Canada.
All States Ag Parts has a used one available for $125.00 1-877-530-4430. If you go to their website, and put your number in, it should pop up.

Yeah we found that one and they don't actually have it.
