The bulk tank compressor (five months old) died yesterday. It's still on warranty, but that doesn't change the fact that two milkings went down the drain and another 5-6 hunnert for instillation. (again)

Yur trucker wouldn"t come out after each milking to pick up the milk in an emergency, rather than you dump the milk?

We ran a bacteria test on the milk and it didn't pass. The truck was here this morning to pick up the morning milking right after Jeff finished. The new compressor is being installed as I write this.

I had a big repair bill on the tank AFTER I had decided to sell the cows. Talk about money down the drain. It couldn't have held on a little bit longer.

That happened to me at the end too. The deal with the buyer was all set, and a week before the cows were scheduled to leave, the compressor died. Six hundred bucks down the drain. Ouch!
