TO 20 Fuel tank

Anyone have a great suggestion on what to use to clean my fuel tank? (rust inside). also how should I go about adding a in-line fuel filter? ( It has a metal fuel line).

If a new or better used tank is out of the question, I would
have a radiator shop boil/clean the old tank then seal it with
POR15 if you like afterwards to help prevent rust.
Skip the inline filter and replace the original screens.
Just my opinion. Worth every penny paid.

In line filters will just mess you up. Go back to old school sediment
bowl and make sure the screen is installed.

Remove tank. Put screws, nails, or gravel in tank. Mount it tightly to center of tractor wheel on another tractor.
And go for a drive. That will shine the inside up. Dump everything out and rinse good. Reinstall. Do not add an
inline fuel filter. Just go back to original screens/sediment bowl.

Good plan except T020 has baffle/baffles in the fuel tank.
That could cause problems.
