My 3010 is leaking hydraulic fluid out of the timing hole cover. Could that be because it's to full or is it something else? Need some advice.

Agree likely a John Deere, however we should not have to ask. He wanting advise common courtesy would offer complete details.

It's a 3010 jd gas. After it warms up it leaks hydraulic fluid out of the timing hole cover. I checked the engine oil and it's over full. I just bought the tractor about a month ago so I don't know if he just over filled it. Can hydraulic fluid seep into the engine? Need some advice.

What bit of information are you hiding that tells you that it is hydraulic and not transmission oil?

NO hyd fluid can't leak into engine on JD 3010. Input shaft of trans seal is probably leaking oil into clutch housing which will require tractor to be split to repair. Have you checked hyd oil aka trans oil level. Hyd oil dipstick would be close to right heel of operator when seated.
