Row spacing with R-4 tires

I have R-4 tires on my Kubota. The outside width of the tractor with these tires is 60 inches. The width center to center is 45 inches, ands the inside width is 30 inches. I would like to use this tractor for planting row crops.

Question: What row spacing should I plan when I lay out my new garden?

Over 30 and you run over the row,.. under 20 and you can't get between the next rows. I'd use a tractor with less than
15 inch wide tire tracks.
 
In a perfect world the center-to-center distance between the tires is some even multiple of the row
spacing but for compact tractors with limited wheel spacing adjustment this often isn't possible.
I'd probably do something like 36" rows which would put the outer edge of the tires 6 inches away
from the adjacent rows which is about all the tighter you'd probably want to be. This would give
about the same tire-to-row clearance as running 18.4" tires in 30" rows with a large tractor. Any
closer and compaction would be a concern as would hitting the plants when cultivating.
 
I think you will find it is not any way to do it with the r4 industrials on the back. That is if your tractor is 4 wheel drive. Can,t get the front wide enough to straddle two rows without the rear running on the next rows.. BTDT.

Very informative replies Brendon and jm .I'll measure the inside and outside tire width of the tractor front tires. I want to be able to use this tractor for either 30" or 36" rows.
