Corn and Beans are in

We got our corn and beans in last week. Surprisingly little to no breakdowns other than a chain coming off and an opener needed freed up. It was a good day. Soil was a little wet but we got it all in. My wife even helped put some of the corn in. We also got the rest of the pig feed ground and had o disk one small section. Got a lot done in a short amount of time.

Nice. Feels good to get through a job.

I have one field of beans lleft, 35 acres or so, but waiting on this big mole to do its job this week first.

And 2-3 acres of wet spots in the corn, but we got .42 inch of rain last evening in 2 small, brief, but surprisingly heavy showers. So I won't go work the wet bits up today as I was hoping.

I see no markers on the planter. Must have auto steer.

It cleared up here for a few days and I finished planting yesterday, I've got a bit of spraying to do, but that's small stuff.....at least, I didn't have to mud it in!
