ford new hooland tc35d wont start

so heres the story..pulled into the yard... wasn't paying attention to the fuel guage... shut down, went to restart, it barrs over but will not fire, started digging as had not been on it a while... fuel filter looked dirty , pulled it and dumped out the fuel, it was dirty, re installed, bled it out via the cover and bowel, still no start... then i noted the fuel guage... in the red zone, had about an inch in the tank, put 5 gallons in it, tried starting still to no avail... wont start, wondering where the bleed screw is on the fuel pump, hoping this is the problem.

Loosen all injection line nuts at the injectors, then crank as needed until you see air-fuel at each one. May take several crank cycles of 20-30 seconds each, allowing starter to cool a bit. When you see fuel at each injector tighten the nuts and engine should then start.

being in the red zone is not necessarily the reason... unless its completely empty.. however... now you have air in the system from the filter work...

And.. those tractors first off require a glow plug cycle.. and also require voltage to turn on the solenoid at the injector pump.... So i would be checking those first.. if no voltage at injector pump solenoid, it ain't gonna run. If no glow plug cycle, it will not start also...
