Removing the oil pan on an IH 350U tractor

I have an IH 350U tractor that I am trying to remove the oil pan from. The problem is the stabilization arms coming off the front axle meet at the backend of the oil pan. There is one oil pan bolt at that location and it can not be removed without removing the mount point for the arms. When I removed the mounting bolts, the arms would not drop down to allow access to the bolt and the removal of the oil pan. There is pressure on the arms. Any ideas on what I need to do to take the pressure off the arms to allow movement and remove the bolt and the oil pan?

Lift up the front by putting blocking (not concerte, use wood) and a jack under the front bolster casting, (not axle). it can also
be lifted under the front of the trans (not on the tin cover) either needs to be held up with wood blocking, not just the jack.

Just like a small Case. You need to properly support the front of the tractor and remove the front axle assy. Even if you could get the bolt out, you need clearance to drop the pan down to clear the oil pump sump screen.
