How many have a 67 year old mower ?

The mower is older than the driver. I think they both do a fantastic job.

I recently sold a 70 year old AC "C". It had a Woods 6' belly mount finish mower under it. I don't know how old the mower was, but it wasn't 70.

I'm still using a 1969 mower deck on a 1988 tractor, can't wear it out although I have a rebuilt spare hanging on the wall.

The mower that my brother uses at the farm is on a 76 year old Model B Farmall tractor. No battery or electrical system; just "twist 'er tail and go mowing".

It's not 67 years old, not even sure of what model it started out as but more than likely it's over 50 years old

I mow with a 1946 farmall B and a woods L59 mower. The tractor is 71 years old. I change the oil and Plugs every year. It is not restored and starts right up. I trim with a 1978 cub cadet with a 48" deck. I mow 2.5 acres.

I mow with a 1950 Farmall H w/6 ft Artsway belly mower. I installed power steering on the tractor after the first year of mowing with it ,now it is a pleasure to mow with.

I mow with my 1941 Ford 9n. Not as pretty as yours but gets the few acres mowed.
Also have a couple of farmall Cubs in the pack. I'll bet all of the mowers nowadays will be in the scrap yard long before the turn
76years old

We have a JD MT with a belly mount sickle mower I still use. Not sure of the exact year but close.

I mow about 3 acres with a Farmall Super A and L59 Woods mower The tractor is a 1946. I also have a 1948 Cub with a sickle mower that I trim around fields with. I also have a 1931 Farmall Regular that runs great. I don't use it muck except for shows and parades.

I mow with an 8N Ford and a 6ft King Cutter 3 point finish mower. Pa bought the 8N new. We were both built the same year. 1952

I mow with a 46 B Farmall and a woods 5' belly mower. Engine, clutch, trans, and final drives have all been gone through and the metal has most of the dents beat out if it but it still looks rough. Always starts right up with the hand crank.

I have a 49 Farmall C sitting in the corner of the shed I've thought about putting a belly mower under. I've been looking for a used mower but haven't found one yet. The tractor needs quite a bit of work as well. As it sits now the tractor is to small for most jobs around the farm so I haven't been able to justify what it'd cost to fix up. Maybe someday.

Haven't run it in years, but I've mowed a bunch of grass and broken garden dirt with my Grand Daddy's 1947 Gravely model #310 I believe.

Kanas,
My farmall C was my mom's. Engine was completely rebuilt. It had a 5 ft mower on it. I put a want ad on YT and had 6 calls used 6 ft woods belly mower. I then put my 5 ft mower on YT and sold it for what I paid for the 6 ft woods.

I found the 5 ft were common for the C and 6 ft were more common for the H. Usually mow in first or second gear and have enough power.

I love the C. It very easy on gas. Most comfortable ride you can ask for. The boss can drive it and she thinks it does a fantastic job. And if you want, it's zero turn.

I glad to see many are using the yesterday's tractors as lawn mowers.

I have a 1953 Fast-Hitch 7-ft cutter bar on a FH super C that I still trim with, fence rows, etc. So they are 64 years old with a 74 year old operator.

Yes, so far you have the oldest mower.
Unofficially, it seems more people are using old Farmall, Ford's and AC Mowers.

Heck why would I want to mow with something that old, I got rid of my rear mount mower and bought a new zero turn last June!

Rick,
It may be old, but tractor has been rebuilt. Very
easy on gas. Very easy on back. It's a ZTR. It can
pull a 10k dump trailer. I push snow with it in
winter. Best part, it belonged to my mom, priceless.

The driver grew up on a sold farm. She thinks it the
greatest mower around.

I wouldn't trade it for 10 new ZTR's. It will still
be going long after I'm dead.
