Bleeding fuel lines on 7140 MF

Does the 7140 MF have a primer pump? and if it does where is it located. Is there a bleed screw on the injection pump? Trying to help a neighbor start tractor after changing fuel filters. Thannks

On the backside of the injection pump towards the front it is a 10 mm wrench and it won't start unless you crack that line and pump it and have him get up there and start it when it starts close the fitting

Thanks for the response, had found the bleed screw on the pump from internet. The problem was he was sold the wrong filters,the exterior was the same, but the fuel did not flow thru the filter the same. Not sure if the computer entry was wrong or the young computer operator did not know what he was doing. Thanks for the help
