Woodchuck funny

One of the fields I worked up lst week had a pretty big woodchuck hole. I had worked it enough to filled it in completely. Later in the day I saw the chuck near a tree and he made a mad dash across the field toward the hole.Well I tried torun himdown and as he got to where the hole was he kept looking and diving into the dirt frantically. He just looked like he was saying "SOMEONE STOLE MY HOLE! SOMEONE STOLE MY HOLE! Never did get him run down, I was laughing to hard

Good one .when i last dug out my septic i must have dug out a gopher hole in was running around like crazy looking for it.
I have woodchucks in a culvert she modified it with a center hole right in the middle of the driveway. Once i filled it in latter that day mama was out there and she was talking i didn't understand what she was saying but i understood the tone.

Was bush hogging a field one day when I saw a ground hog running along the rear tractor tire when all of a sudden it dove in front of the bush hog, when it came out the back it looked like a new meaning to the term "Ground Hog".

I was digging alongside my house about 15 years ago trying to find my sand point. As I was digging away, the side of my hole caved in a bit and a woodchuck rolled out into the hole with me. It was pretty late in the fall and he wasn't terribly active, but you better believe I about pooped myself when it happened. Being the nice guy that I am, I relocated him to another hole.

I tried out a new 5209 NI discbine...dealer said I could run the 4430 as fast as I could stand the ride. Each round I bumped speed another gear...machine would not plug. Half mile long field, pretty smooth, tried it at 11 mph for a stretch! Next round I noticed a rabbit, filleted, on top of the windrow.

Last summer I had a woodchuck in my front lawn. As I watched out the window he came right up and sat on the front step. I immediately went out the other door and proceeded to inflict him with terminal lead poisoning. However, instead of a nice clean kill, he instead began thrashing around, down two steps, and about 3 ft. up the sidewalk before I could reload and get the second one into him and finish him off. The whole area was bright red--it looked as though someone had slaughtered a hog there! It took me half an hour to get everything scrubbed clean again. If anyone had seen it they would have died laughing!

digging a pipeline with my dozer once & got about 3 foot down & backed out of the ditch & groundhog came out of the ditch on the other side. Always wondered how deep they dug down.

Many many years ago we had a Chuck dig a hole on the creek bank. He dug out a pile of dirt that would fill with a heeping load a pickup box twice. He must have had a really large family. Good thing he didn't put the dirt "in" the creek.
