I also use MS Office 2010 Pro... and have Win7 OS.

I just added Developer to my ribbon using the instructions I posted earlier (now I'll have to learn to use it - could be useful for my job).

Anyhoooo, this is what it looks like:

By George, she's got it! The feature I'm talking about is in the third box over from left, with the Aa Aa in it- can't see it well enough in the picture to know exactly which one it is. After I get my work done this morning, I'm going to see if I can get it on my ribbon or toolbar or whatever the heck it is. I can do computer stuff, with a little help, but I'm not exactly thrilled about doing it.
