if your using the 560 engine you will need to use your injection pump from the 660, as the 660 runs at 2400 rpm compared to the 560 at 1800.
the 460 engine, 236 you dont want! it has a shorter stroke.
there is combine engines also but you just dont bolt them in and go.
can do all kinds of repowers but its fabrication time and money.
 
As far as I know, you have to change all of the front cover components over to the 660 parts, as a combine has a hyd pump mounted to the front cover, and also lacks the mounts you will need to bolt it to the 660 frame. Pretty sure you'll need the rear engine plate off the tractor as well, but not sure.
