JD 825i Gator Side Step Follow-up

A big thanks to Kansas4010. I ordered the side step (series 3 tractor step) from JD (The JD part # is LVU18332). The price at my dealer was $18.78. I bolted a 19" piece of angle on the bottom and used 3/8" carriage bolts to bolt it in place (2 in the step). It's rock solid. This made a 10" step from the ground to the step, then 6" to get into the cab. This step is 10 1/4" wide. I ordered two more. One for the other side and one for my JD 2030. SWMBO is very happy.

Thanks for the update and you're welcome. Glad it worked out for you. Looks nice on there, might have to get a couple for myself. Stuff seems to be getting taller or I'm getting shorter lately.
