Question fer all y'all???

I desperately need an input shaft and pinion from the clutch to the first ring in the rearend and i ain't found one yet. I am curious if the input shaft from an LA will fit. Or if anyone knows where i could find one that would be very cool.

I needed a starter for my 48 VAI and he had several on the shelf (yes, I know they fit multiple models, but was still surprised). Price was good as well and he didn't even want my old one.
