OT I have had enough midwest weather

Lucky you. Northwest weather is miserble to. Can t seem to warm up & quit rainin. Old timers say they ve not seen it this wet & cool like this spring. Enjoy. RB
 
Bring back some sunshine when you return.

This spring is starting to seem like the one a few years ago - when it was so wet and cold around here, that a lot of fields never got planted.
 
You are lucky. I am tired of the seemingly endlessly weird yet somewhat normal Minnesota weather. Some sunshine and 50 degrees or more would sure be nice and enjoyable. Have fun!
 
you mean mid west winter don't you? this isn't much different than we had all winter maybe just a little warmer.
i am sick and tired of mud, mud, and more mud.
 
We have really had some ups and downs since we got home about March 1! rode the MC the first week of March, could've used a snowmobile last Thursday!

When I went to the Grand Canyon, it was so dry I had to put cream on my skin. My sinuses dried out, had nose bleeds.

I loved the Grand Canyon, but was happy to get back to the moist mid west weather.

On the other hand, When I go to Florida there is too much humidity. I can't handle the mold. No place like home.

Spent 25 years near Detroit, 40 in the Wine Country of NorCal. I'd never leave except for all the fruits, nuts, and other people issues here.

Last time I was back to the D, mold like crazy, nose running none stop. This year, with all the rain, I'm hitting the allergy meds for about the third year out of 40.

You can keep the South and it's humidity....don't like having all my clothes sopping wet and $400 a month power bills during the summer.

Unless you get up in the mountains, AZ is murder with the heat. I'm considering moving there and be up at 6,000 ft or more.
