James Ketelsen JI Case exec passes

Sorry, I could not create a link for more info. Ketelsen was at Case during the "Golden Age" of American machinery production from the 1960's to the 1990's. Oversaw the merger with IH. He would have been a very interesting person to talk to for his perspective on the farm equipment industry. William Hewitt who was Deere's CEO when that company rose to industry leader would have been another one to sit down and talk with but not to take away from Ketelsen.

i am surprised more good Case men have not reponded ,,. The "Golden Age" was Probobly the most vicious time of all to be in equipment business,.,. this kinda loox like the sad story in our area of the passing a old farmer that was a strong tuf s-o-b to raise all his 12 kids to be outstanding good citzens and Yet ,hardly anyone wanted to speak at his funeral ,,. c'mon ,.. guys ,..have respect for the life of the man and speak up ,,. it aint easy being at the top,,. Really Quite Lonely ,.. like right now ..
