OT Raisin Bran

I had a bowl of bran flakes with a bit of raisins and slices of a banana. I got to thinking there is one maker of raisin bran advertises that their raisin bran has more raisins; that is right, but raisins cost less by weight than bran flakes , so it would be wise for the manufacturers to add more raisins. I add my own.

It sometimes comes up here and I realize this is getting way off track. The question is sometimes posed as to how miserable the teens and twenty vintage tractors might have been to operate. In my time spent driving to and from jobsites I sometimes wonder if it would have been an improvement over the use of a horse. I can't say for sure because I have not worked or even harnessed a horse. Only fed them when the novelty wore off. I would agree that the engineering of the early tractor was crude, but can't help to think it had advantages over an odiferous horse.

Raisin Bran was my favorite cereal. Unfortunately, it is very high in sugar.
