I read your reply on the JD board, and it was fine. But I'll bet he also posted here (wider readership) hoping for a reply along the lines of "Yeah, I've got one of those in the shop, been sitting there for 27 years for a project that has long since been traded off. Send me 50 bucks, and its yours."

Yes you are right. I posted here in order to have the exposure to other readers. Some non-John Deere readers would see it and possibly have an idea. Thanks to all for your interest.
