Grain Bin cost's

so im new into the grain bin services but if i have a 15 diameter grain bin that needs to get taken down around how much would you say that would cost me ? any comments will be helpful thanks !
 
I just got a price from a local guy for $3000 to dismantle and $3500 to erect elsewhere, plus pad and new bolts. (30' 10000 bu.)
 
15 foot is small diameter...might be able to put on a low trailer, intact, and move it. I"ve done 14, 21, 23 foot. 23 was the only one I split half ways up, lowered, then moved. No way I"d spend several grand to take down/put up.
